2010 RALLY PROGRAMME (Subject to Change)
Further information regarding the Rallies

- The Rally Fee will be £0.50 and the administration Fee £0.75
- Unless otherwise stated, Rallies will commence at 4pm on Friday’s and extend to Sunday pm.
- Rally slips must be received at least 7 days prior to the Rally to be assured of a plaque.
- A deposit of £3.00 must be included with booking slips for weekend Rallies and £5.00 for limited Rallies, this is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from the cost of the Rally on arrival. To simplify methods of payments of deposit. Vouchers are available from our Sales Equipment Officer.
- When booking tickets for social events, please remember that children 15 years old and over are classified as adults.
- Members booking in for a Rally, particularly if a meal is included, will be held liable for expenses incurred on their behalf if they fail to attend
- Cheque's to made payable to “The Caravan Club - Worcestershire Centre” and not to individuals unless otherwise indicated.
- Always carry levelling blocks - they may be needed.
- Site direction signs used by the the Worcestershire Centre will be displayed as follows: Orange background with black pointer marked WCCC.
- Do not arrive at the Rally Site before the time stated in the Rally Book. If you wish to attend a Rally early, please be courteous and ask the Marshal for permission.
- Generators are NOT permitted on a Worcestershire Centre Rally.
- If you can’t attend the Rally please inform the Rally Marshal.
